2016 Community Planting Days

Two Community tree-planting days have just been held in 2016 with the first on Saturday 30th July 2016 and the second held on Saturday 13^th August 2016 at Peter and Tammy's property just out of York on Knotts Road.   Over 30 volunteers helped over the two days with people travelling from as far as Perth and Rockingham to assist in planting just on 16,000 trees and shrubs endemic to the area.  The York Shire tree planter was a welcome help as the terrain was steep and rocky but spectacular vistas across to York were a pleasant backdrop.
